There is something about morning sessions that I love so very much. The waking up early part is a bit tough, especially when trying to get yourself ready and the kids out of the house… but to beat the hustle and bustle of a weekend crowd at certain places is so worth it.
This particular morning they had an audio art installation playing around City Hall that was sounds of the jungle. It took us a minute to figure out what we were hearing, but it couldn’t have been more perfect, as these boys apparently love watching nature/animal shows. We played into the sounds of the lions and elephants for the shoot, “searching” for them around every corner. Made it into a real adventure, and since we were the only people there at 7am, it kind of felt like one! It’s amazing how music and sounds can really add to an experience.
A lovely morning indeed with another one of my favorite families…
